Many children enjoy the sweet taste of ketchup with their favorite (or least favorite) foods, and Abe’s young children were no different. This inspired him to create ketchup and condiments that taste great without added sugar. Fruits and veggies like carrots, butternut squash and apples are a few ingredients used to naturally sweeten True Made Foods’ products. Abe discusses the challenges in getting consumers to try new, healthier versions of beloved condiments even when these new products taste great and are better for our health.
