Many plant-based products are over-processed and not necessarily healthy. My Forest Foods tries to cultivate mycelium in a way that is consistent with how it grows. This provides the opportunity for products that are delicious and simple. My Forest Foods are created through vertical farming, which uses less water and less pollution to create a better quality product.
