Bob discusses his latest innovation, Beyond Berries, which transforms overlooked berries into frozen treats, addressing food waste and promoting sustainability. 

Beyond Berries takes perfectly good “not pretty” berries and gives them new life. The berries are fused with dates, pasteurized for optimal safety, and formed into seedless frozen berries that are perfect for snacking, baking, or blending into your favorite smoothie. By upcycling berries that would otherwise go to waste, Beyond Berries is making nutritious and delicious better-for-you foods more environmentally sustainable.
