Challenge

As Angus Reid Forum sought to expand and diversify its survey panel, the brand needed to efficiently recruit high-quality respondents at scale. In Canada, the challenge was to maintain strong conversion efficiency in a mature market while continuously optimizing performance. In parallel, Angus Reid Forum entered the U.S. — a new and highly competitive market — requiring rapid channel testing, platform expansion, and cost-efficient growth without sacrificing respondent quality.
