Challenge

Kit and Ace set out to launch as a modern luxury fashion brand on a global stage. The challenge was twofold: introduce the brand to new markets while educating consumers on the benefits of its proprietary Technical Cashmere™ fabric — all within a competitive, fashion-forward media landscape.

Solution

We developed a global, awareness-led media strategy built around affinity, influence, and location-based targeting.

To establish credibility and relevance, we partnered with premium fashion publishers and influential creators whose lifestyles aligned with the Kit and Ace audience. Influencer-led content and custom editorial placements introduced the brand in a trusted, authentic voice while showcasing Technical Cashmere™ in real-world contexts.

Each retail opening was supported by a four-week, geo-targeted digital media campaign using local publishers to drive awareness and foot traffic. Regional display, social, email, and content placements amplified the launch in-market, reinforced by location-based media near points of purchase and commuter corridors.

At scale, national and seasonal campaigns delivered mass reach through high-impact awareness channels — including Vogue, Harper’s BAZAAR, The New York Times, and The Globe & Mail — positioning Kit and Ace firmly within the contemporary luxury space.
